Cabbage Salad with Salami and Eggs
|Finely shredded cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Salad oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned pepper||1 Dash|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , cut into wedges|
|Salami slice||4 , cut in bite size pieces|
Place cabbage in a plastic bowl.
Combine oil, vinegar, salt and seasoned pepper in a jar, cover and shake vigorously to mix well, then pour over the cabbage.
Cover and chill 3-4 hours, shaking bowl occasionally.
Turn cabbage into a salad bowl and top with egg wedges, salami pieces, black olives and mayonnaise.
