  Cooked enriched rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tangerines 2 Large, peeled and sectioned
  Cooked peas 2 Ounce
  Drained canned water chestnuts 2 Ounce, diced
  Tangy french dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl in order given.
Divide evenly.
