1. Wash the peppers, cut off tops, remove seeds and fibers.
2. Mash the cheese and combine with the rest of the ingredients. Stuff into the peppers.
3. Chill 1 or 2 hours.
4. Use a thin, sharp knife and cut the peppers in 1/8-inch slices. Arrange the slices on crisp lettuce or water cress on 5 or 6 individual salad plates. Add a dab of French Dressing or Green Mayonnaise
