Radicchio With Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Radicchio head 1 , leaves separated
  Danish blue 4 Ounce, crumbled (125 Gram)
  Thick mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped chives 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Divide the radicchio among four individual serving dishes.
Mix the blue cheese with the mayonnaise in a bowl and season to taste.
Spoon the blue cheese mixture over the radicchio, dividing it equally among the dishes.
Garnish with the sniped chives.
