Sangria Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon (2 Envelopes)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rose wine 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oranges 3 , peeled and sectioned
  Apple 1 Large, cored and cut into chunks
  Red grapes 1 Cup (16 tbs), halved and seeded
  Lettuce leaves 4
Directions

In saucepan mix gelatin and sugar; stir in 1 1/2 cups water.
Cook and stir till gelatin dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Stir in wine, orange juice, lemon juice, and food coloring, if desired.
Chill till partially set (consistency of egg white).
Fold in fruits.
Turn into a 6 1/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold on a lettuce-lined platter.
Trim with Frosted Grapes, if desired
