Tossed Fruit Salad

Ingredients
For dressing
  Safflower oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
For salad
  Lettuce heads 2 , washed, dried and torn into bite size pieces
  Fresh strawberries 1 Pint, hulled and halved
  Oranges 2 , peeled and diced
  Avocados 2 , peeled and diced
Directions

For dressing: Combine ingredients in blender and mix until thickened.
Chill thoroughly For salad: Combine ingredients except avocado in salad bowl.
Cover and chill.
Add avocado just before ready to serve.
Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
