Raspberry Mango Salad

Ingredients
  Arugula 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Torn bibb lettuce/Boston lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), stems removed
  Diced mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh raspberries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Crumbled blue cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Raspberry vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine arugula, lettuce, watercress, mango, raspberries and cheese in medium bowl.
2. Shake remaining ingredients in small jar. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
