Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce head 3
  Lettuce heads 3
  Olive oil 5 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Discard outer leaves of 3 heads of lettuce.
Separate the leaves and wash in cold water.
Drain and shake dry.
Store in the refrigerator wrapped in a towel.
In a jar with a screw top, shake until well mixed 5 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons wine or cider vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper and 1/8 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
Put aside.
Shake well again before using.
