Tuna Salad Plate
|Water packed unsalted tuna||6 Ounce (2 Cans, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Shredded lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Asparagus spears||8 , cooked and cooled|
Drain the tuna and cut the contents of each can in half horizontally.
Arrange on the shredded lettuce.
Garnish with the asparagus spears and fresh parsley if desired.
