Warm Chicken And Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tiny new potatoes 1 Kilogram, halved
  Bacon rashers 4 , chopped
  Cooked chicken 1 Large
  Sour cream 125 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Mayonnaise 80 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Seeded mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped fresh chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine oil and potatoes in large baking dish; bake, uncovered, in very hot oven 25 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in large heated oiled pan until crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
Remove and discard skin and bones from chicken; chop chicken roughly.
Gently toss potatoes, bacon and chicken in large bowl with cream, mayonnaise, mustard and chives.
