Warm Chicken And Potato Salad
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Tiny new potatoes||1 Kilogram, halved|
|Bacon rashers||4 , chopped|
|Cooked chicken||1 Large|
|Sour cream||125 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Mayonnaise||80 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Seeded mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped fresh chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine oil and potatoes in large baking dish; bake, uncovered, in very hot oven 25 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in large heated oiled pan until crisp; drain on absorbent paper.
Remove and discard skin and bones from chicken; chop chicken roughly.
Gently toss potatoes, bacon and chicken in large bowl with cream, mayonnaise, mustard and chives.
