Ingredients
For dressing
  1% buttermilk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Non fat sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh herbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄8 Teaspoon
For salad
  Chopped romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped belgian endive 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped radicchio 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked chickpeas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped sweet peppers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Frozen corn kernels 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Smoked turkey breast 2 Ounce, diced
  Reduced fat swiss cheese 2 Ounce, diced
Directions

To make the dressing: In a medium bowl, combine the buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, herbs, lime juice, garlic powder, pepper, and cumin.
Stir until thoroughly blended.
To make the salad: In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, endive, radicchio, chickpeas, radishes, celery, carrots, peppers, corn, turkey, and Swiss.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
