Fruit Salad Jam

Ingredients
  Apples/Green mangoes / cooking apples 8 (Tahitian Variety)
  Sliced banana 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cubed pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pawpaw 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed
  Passion fruit pulp 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange 1 , rind grated
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash apples or mangoes, cut up (leave skin on apples but peel mangoes).
Just cover with water and boil till soft.
Strain in a cloth.
Reserve the juice and put in large pan.
Add the cut-up fruit, pulp, grated rind and lemon juice.
Bring to the boil and cook 5 minutes.
Remove and measure the fruit and liquid.
Add 1 cup of sugar to every cup of fruit and juice.
Boil till testing a small amount in a saucer shows that the jam will set.
