Sauerkraut Salad

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Canned sauerkraut 2 Pound, drained (1 Jar)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Or To Taste)
Directions

Boil oil and vinegar in small saucepan 3 minutes.
Let cool.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour dressing over.
Cover and chill.
Drain and toss well before serving.
