|Salad oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned sauerkraut||2 Pound, drained (1 Jar)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Or To Taste)|
Boil oil and vinegar in small saucepan 3 minutes.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour dressing over.
Cover and chill.
Drain and toss well before serving.
