Apple Beet And Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  Beets 4 Medium
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (As Required, To Cover)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Tart apple 1 Medium, peeled if desired, cored and cubed
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Dill 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook beets in water to cover until tender.
Drain, peel and cube.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Chill.
Serve on salad greens, topped with more mayonnaise if desired.
