Jellied Grapefruit And Lime Salad

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Or Boiling)
  Canned grapefruit syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned grapefruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Sliced stuffed olives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Avocado 1
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/French dressing 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve the gelatin dessert in hot or boiling water, depending upon the manufacturer's directions.
Add the grapefruit syrup, drained from the canned grapefruit; then chill until it begins to thicken.
Add the drained grapefruit and sliced olives, turn into 8 small individual molds and chill until set.
Unmold on salad greens arranged on a large platter, and garnish with slices of avocado.
Serve with mayonnaise or French dressing.
