Beet And Apple Salad With Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  Young beets 10 Ounce (5 Small Ones)
  Plain yogurt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Apples 2 Medium, cored and diced
  Yellow onion 1⁄2 Small, peeled and chopped
Directions

1. Peel the uncooked beets and halve them. Cut each half into 1/8-inch slices.
2. In a serving bowl, combine the yogurt, salt, sugar, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Add the beets and apples, and toss until they are nicely coated with the yogurt mixture. Top with the onion and serve.
