Warm Black Bean And Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped sweet red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Crushed red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs), tightly packed (Fresh Prepackaged Variety)
Directions

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, green onions, and garlic; saute 4 minutes. Add chopped pepper; saute 2 minutes. Add beans and remaining ingredients; cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Place spinach in a large bowl; pour bean mixture over spinach; toss.
