Chicken and Orange Salad

|Skinless cooked chicken breast||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into bite-size pieces|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Water chestnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut in halves|
|Orange segments||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lettuce||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Grated carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, crushed|
|Tarragon vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
1. ln a large salad bowl gently mix chicken with celery, water chestnuts, orange segments,carrot and lettuce.
2. Combine oil, garlic and tarragon vinegar in a jar, shake well and pour over salad.
