Fat-Free Vegetable And Berry Salad

Ingredients
  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), rinsed
  Persimmons 4 , chopped
  Blue berries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chives 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), spiralized
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, start layering the salad, starting with the spinach leaves, persimmon, blueberries, chives and carrots.
2. Using a spoon, toss all the salad ingredients until well combined and get ready to serve.

SERVING
3. Serve this vegetable salad in salad bowls topped with any other chopped vegetables, if desired.
