Healthy Chicken Salad With Apples Walnuts

I love this version of chicken salad because of the crispness and fresh flavor! I like to make sandwiches with croissants but any bread will do!
Ingredients
  Cooked chicken breast 1 Large, shredded
  Celery stalks 2 , finely chopped
  Fuji apple 1 Small, chopped
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried cranberries 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Serve on bread of choice or as a salad on a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
