Pear Raspberry Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Ripe pears 2 Medium
  Lettuce leaves 4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless red raspberry jam/Red currant jelly 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh raspberries/Red seedless grapes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut each pear in half; remove core.
Slice each pear half into 4 slices.
Arrange 4 slices on each of 4 lettuce-lined plates.
Brush cut surfaces of pear slices with lemon juice.
Spoon 1/4 cup cottage cheese onto each plate next to pear slices.
Melt jam in small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Spoon over cottage cheese and pear slices.
Garnish with raspberries.
