Garlic Mushroom Salad
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Teaspoon, minced|
|Salt and pepper||1|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Trim and slice the mushrooms and place in a bowl.
In a jar combine lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley, cover and shake well to mix, then pour over the mushrooms and toss.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
