Mixed Lettuce Salad

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 , shredded
  Romaine lettuce head 1 Medium, shredded
  Bibb lettuce head/Boston lettuce head 1 , shredded
  Slivered almonds 1 1⁄2 Ounce, lightly toasted (6 Tablespoon)
For dressing
  Heavy cream 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
  Dijon mustard/Meaux mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Blend the cream into the mustard, then add the lemon juice and seasoning.
Cover and keep cool.
Toss the lettuce together and put into one or two cold salad bowls.
Stir the dressing and pour over the lettuce.
Toss lightly, then sprinkle the nuts over.
Toss again very briefly and serve at once.
