Curried Bean Salad
|Canned lima beans||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Wax beans/Green beans||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned red kidney beans||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie french salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Drain the lima beans, wax or green beans, and kidney beans. In a medium bowl stir together the lima beans, wax or green beans, kidney beans, green pepper, and green onion.
In a small bowl stir together French dressing and curry powder. Add to bean mixture; toss gently. Cover; chill for 4 to 24 hours.
