Cheese and Beetroot Salad
|Cooked beetroot||8 Ounce, diced|
|Onion||1 Small, peeled and sliced|
|Green pepper||1 Small, cored and sliced|
|Tomatoes||2 , skinned and sliced|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Cheddar cheese||8 Ounce, cubed|
Toss the prepared beetroot, onion, green pepper and tomatoes in French dressing.
Arrange cubes of cheese at either end of a flat serving dish, then cubes of diced beetroot.
Place alternate slices of tomato, onion and green pepper in rows, as shown in the photograph.
Garnish with chicory.
