Cheese And Beetroot Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked beetroot 8 Ounce, diced
  Onion 1 Small, peeled and sliced
  Green pepper 1 Small, cored and sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , skinned and sliced
  French dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, cubed
  Chicory 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Toss the prepared beetroot, onion, green pepper and tomatoes in French dressing.
Arrange cubes of cheese at either end of a flat serving dish, then cubes of diced beetroot.
Place alternate slices of tomato, onion and green pepper in rows, as shown in the photograph.
Garnish with chicory.
