Kidney Bean And Egg Salad

|Imitation mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||4 Ounce, finley diced|
|Celery||1 Cup (16 tbs), diced|
|Canned red kidney beans||12 Ounce, drained|
|Cucumber||1 Medium, pared and sliced|
|Eggs||4 Medium, hard-cooked and quartered|
In bowl combine first 4 ingredients in order given.
Add kidney beans and diced cucumber; chill.
Divide evenly onto lettuce leaves; surround each with one egg and 1/4 of the cucumber slices.
Garnish with capers.
