Pinoy Recipe - Vegetable Salad

Vegetable salad is really not that popular in the Philippines. In fact, I can only count how many times I ate this when I was still in the Philippines.
Ingredients
  Shredded lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherry tomatoes 100 Gram
  Grilled chicken 100 Gram, sliced (leftover)
  Chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon, cut in strips
  Shredded cheese mixture 3 Tablespoon (mozzarella and cheddar)
  Boiled eggs 4 , sliced
  Croutons 25 Gram
  Salad dressing To Taste (of your choice)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomatoes, chicken, red onion, cheese, egg slice, and croutons. Toss well.

SERVING
2. Serve salad with dressing and enjoy!
