Traditional Spinach Salad With Bacon And Eggs

This recipe is more of the traditional spinach salad with bacon and hard boiled eggs. The dressing is a sweet vinaigrette which matches perfectly with all the other flavors. Enjoy!
Ingredients
  Baby spinach leaves 12 Ounce, washed and dried (1 Bag)
  Bacon strips 6 , cooked and cut into small pieces
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , peeled and chopped
  White mushrooms 8 , sliced
  Tomato 1 Large, sliced
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1 Medium, juiced
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, vinegar and
sugar. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk to mix well.
Drizzle salad dressing on the salad and toss carefully - be careful not
to mash the egg. Make sure you coat all the spinach leaves well.
Serve.
