Chili Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Chili sauce||4 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blue cheese||1⁄4 Pound, crumbled|
Rub inside of a glass jar with cut side of a clove of garlic.
Into the jar put salt, paprika, chili sauce, and lemon juice; mix thoroughly.
Add oil; cover, and shake well.
Just before serving, add the blue cheese which has been crumbled.
Serve on salad greens or vegetable salad.
