Hot Frankfurter and Vegetable Salad Bowl
|Raw white potatoes||2 Pound, peeled and sliced|
|Thinly sliced peeled raw white potatoes||2 Pound (4 Cups)|
|Minced onion||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Leftover cooked vegetables||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|French dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), seasoned|
|Celery seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Simmer frankfurters in boiling water to cover for 5 min.
Remove; cut into quarters lengthwise, then crosswise into 1" pieces.
Meanwhile, cook potatoes in 1 boiling salted water until tender—about 10 min.
Drain, and toss lightly with frankfurters and remaining ingredients, using salt to taste.
