Hot Frankfurter And Vegetable Salad Bowl

Ingredients
  Frankfurters 1⁄2 Pound
  Raw white potatoes 2 Pound, peeled and sliced
  Thinly sliced peeled raw white potatoes 2 Pound (4 Cups)
  Minced onion 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Minced parsley 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Leftover cooked vegetables 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  French dressing 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), seasoned
  Pepper To Taste
  Celery seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Simmer frankfurters in boiling water to cover for 5 min.
Remove; cut into quarters lengthwise, then crosswise into 1" pieces.
Meanwhile, cook potatoes in 1 boiling salted water until tender—about 10 min.
Drain, and toss lightly with frankfurters and remaining ingredients, using salt to taste.
Serve hot.
