Chili Beef Salads

Ingredients
  Freezer ground beef mix 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Container)
  Ground beef mix 1 Can (10 oz) (1 Container)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Head of lettuce 1 Small, cut crosswise into six 1/2-inch slices
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, sliced
  Horseradish dressing 1 Tablespoon
  Alfalfa sprouts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Avocado 1 , sliced
Directions

Heat Freezer Ground Beef Mix, water and chili sauce in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is hot, about 10 minutes.
Spoon beef mixture over lettuce slices on 6 plates.
Arrange tomato slices on beef mixture.
Spoon Horseradish Dressing over top.
Sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts.
Arrange avocado slices around salads.
Lettuce cups with shredded lettuce can be substituted for the lettuce slices.
