Cottage Lime Salad
|Lemon gelatin||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Lime gelatin||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Water||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Creamed small curd cottage cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place water and gelatin in a large bowl; stir.
Microwave 4 to 6 minutes, or until mixture boils.
Chill until thickened.
Add mayonnaise and blend.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spoon into a 12-cup mold.
Unmold and garnish with thin slices of twisted lime.
