Spinach And Feta Salad

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 8
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm), cleaned well and cut into julienne strips
  Egg white 2 Large, crumbled (hard boiled)
  Feta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled
Directions

Cook the bacon until crisp and save the drippings.
Crumble the bacon pieces and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and bacon fat.
Toss the spinach with the dressing.
Garnish with the egg whites and feta cheese.
