Spinach And Feta Salad
|Red wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Spinach||1 Bunch (100 gm), cleaned well and cut into julienne strips|
|Egg white||2 Large, crumbled (hard boiled)|
|Feta cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled|
Cook the bacon until crisp and save the drippings.
Crumble the bacon pieces and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and bacon fat.
Toss the spinach with the dressing.
Garnish with the egg whites and feta cheese.
