Chicken Ham Salad Meal

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut in small dice
  Julienned cooked ham 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovy fillets 8 , chopped
  Medium cooked hot spanish sausage/Medium cooked hot italian sausage 1⁄4 Pound, sliced thin
  Cold boiled potatoes 3 , diced small
  Green pepper 1 , sliced thin
  Belgian endive head 2 , sliced thin
  Chopped scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Including The Green Part, Green Onions)
  Stuffed olives 6 , sliced
  Ripe olives 6 , chopped
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  French dressing flavored with garlic 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , shelled and chilled
Directions

1.
Gently mix, in a large bowl, all of the ingredients except the eggs.

Remove the yolks from the eggs and chop the whites coarsely to add to the salad.
Mound the salad on a serving platter lined with crisp lettuce.
3.
Sieve the egg yolks over the ready-to-serve salad.
Garnish with little cherry tomatoes and radish roses.
