Crispy Lettuce and Cauliflower Salad
|Red dessert apples||2|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Iceberg lettuce||1 Large, shredded|
|Cauliflower||1 Large, broken into florets|
|Garlic sausage||6 , cut into strips|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Pint (300 Milliliter)|
|Sour cream||5 Fluid Ounce (142 Milliliter)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
Cut the apples into quarters, remove the cores, then slice the apples thinly.
Sprinkle the lemon juice over the apple slices to prevent browning.
Place in a large salad bowl with the lettuce, cauliflower and sausage.
Blend the mayonnaise, soured cream and curry powder together in a small bowl.
Pour over the salad just before serving, tossing well.
