Spinach Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Torn spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Torn lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned mandarin orange sections 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Oil free salad dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Powdered fruit pectin 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a salad bowl combine spinach, lettuce, orange sections, and onion. Add the Oil-Free Salad Dressing. Toss to coat.
