Spinach Artichoke Salad

Ingredients
  Chopped pine nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chopped spinach 1 1⁄2 Quart (Bite Size Pieces)
  Canned artichokes 4 Ounce, diced (1 Small Can)
Directions

Combine pine nuts, oil, vinegar, lemon peel, salt and nutmeg in small jar; shake well.
Place spinach in salad bowl; chill.
Toss spinach with dressing just before serving; add artichokes.
