Chicken Peach Salad

Ingredients
  Frozen rice pilaf 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned peaches 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained and chopped
  Cubed cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Puncture frozen rice pouch and place in the oven.
Microwave 3 1/2 minutes or until thawed; let stand 2 minutes.
Place rice into a serving bowl and cool.
Add mayonnaise, onion, celery, curry, peaches and chicken.
Chill.
Stir in green pepper just before serving.
Garnish with sliced almonds.
