Chicken Peach Salad
|Frozen rice pilaf||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned peaches||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), drained and chopped|
|Cubed cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Puncture frozen rice pouch and place in the oven.
Microwave 3 1/2 minutes or until thawed; let stand 2 minutes.
Place rice into a serving bowl and cool.
Add mayonnaise, onion, celery, curry, peaches and chicken.
Stir in green pepper just before serving.
Garnish with sliced almonds.
