Old Fashioned Potato Salad

Ingredients
  Diced cooked potatoes 1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 1⁄4 Pinch (1 Generous Pinch)
  Fresh lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salad oil 50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Celery 250 Milliliter, diced (1 Cup)
  Grand mere dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crisp lettuce/Watercress 4
Directions

Place the diced potatoes in a large bowl.
Blend together in a bottle the salt, pepper, dry mustard, tarragon, garlic powder, fresh lemon juice and salad oil.
Pour over the potatoes.
Toss gendy, cover the bowl.
Leave 2 hours on kitchen counter.
Add the celery and 1/2 cup (125 mL) or so of Grand-mere's cooked dressing.
Mix lightly.
Serve in a nest of lettuce or watercress.
