Ingredients
  Fresh peaches 2 , sliced
  Maraschino cherries 4 , halved
  Slivered crystallized ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 Large, sectioned (Remove Membranes)
  Plums 2 , peeled and quartered
  Confectionery sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pistachio nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix the fruit gently together.
Mix the sugar, mayonnaise, sour cream, and blend lightly with the fruit.
Chill well and sprinkle with pistachio nuts before serving.
