  Bell peppers 2 Large, halved lengthwise, seeded (Green / Yellow)
  Miracle whip free dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 13 Ounce, drained, flaked (2 Cans Of 6.5 Ounce Each)
  Chopped carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Microwave Directions: Place pepper halves on plate.
Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 1 minute; refrigerate.
Mix together remaining ingredients until well blended; refrigerate.
