Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 8 Drop
  Finely shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely shredded carrot 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour boiling water over gelatin in a bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Mix in the cold water, salt, lemon juice, vinegar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Turn into six 1/2-cup molds.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto crisp salad greens on chilled salad plates.
