Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked and cubed chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Celery stalks 2 Large, thinly sliced
  Minced yellow onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soft fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Made Using 2 Slices Fresh Bread)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon, melted
  Shredded swiss cheese 2 Ounce (About 1/2 Cup)
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, almonds, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, onion, salt, and pepper. Place the mixture in an ungreased 1-quart casserole or 8"x8"x2" baking dish.
2. Combine the bread crumbs with the melted butter. Top the casserole with the buttered bread crumbs, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
