Bbq Chicken Salad
|Bbq chicken||1 , rotated, chilled|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Red onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tomato bbq sauce||4 Teaspoon|
Shred the chilled rotated chicken and toss with celery, red pepper, and onion.
Stir together the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce and toss with the chicken salad.
Chill until ready to serve, up to 4 hours.
Mound on lettuce leaves to serve.
