|Canned unsweetened pineapple chunks||8 Ounce, drained|
|Seedless green grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Flaked coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream/Plain yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped toasted almonds||2 Tablespoon|
1. Peel and section the grapefruit, and remove all the white pith. Peel and slice the peaches, and remove the pits.
2. In a mixing bowl, gently mix together the grapefruit sections, peaches, pineapple, grapes, lemon juice, coconut, and sour cream. Just before serving, sprinkle the fruit and sour cream mixture with the almonds.
