Cool Cucumber Relish Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 Small, pared and sliced
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed, stemmed and halved
  Green onions 4 , trimmed and sliced
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped dill 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Granulated no calorie sweetener 1 Teaspoon (Or Liquid)
  Boston lettuce leaves 4
Directions

1. Combine cucumber, tomatoes and green onions in a medium-size bowl. Stir in vinegar, water, dill, salt, pepper and your favorite no-calorie sweetener, using the equivalent of 2 teaspoons sugar; toss lightly to mix. Chill at least an hour to season.
2. When ready to serve, place a lettuce leaf on each of 4 salad plates to form a cup; spoon cucumber mixture into lettuce. Garnish each with a sprig of fresh dill, if you wish.
