Fruit & Mixed Greens Salad
|Raspberry/Blueberry/white wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Olive oil/Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||2 Teaspoon|
|Pear||1 , peeled, sliced|
|Purchased mixed fancy salad greens/Mixed salad greens||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Tarragon leaves||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Raspberries/Blueberries||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In small jar with lid combine all dressing ingredients; shake to mix well.
In small bowl combine sliced pears and 1/4 cup dressing.
Let stand 1 hour.
Drain; reserve dressing.
In large bowl toss greens in reserved dressing; arrange on individual serving plates.
Top with marinated pear slices and raspberries.
Drizzle with dressing; pass remaining dressing.
