Fruit & Mixed Greens Salad

Ingredients
  Raspberry/Blueberry/white wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped chives 2 Teaspoon
  Pear 1 , peeled, sliced
  Purchased mixed fancy salad greens/Mixed salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tarragon leaves 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Raspberries/Blueberries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

In small jar with lid combine all dressing ingredients; shake to mix well.
In small bowl combine sliced pears and 1/4 cup dressing.
Let stand 1 hour.
Drain; reserve dressing.
In large bowl toss greens in reserved dressing; arrange on individual serving plates.
Top with marinated pear slices and raspberries.
Drizzle with dressing; pass remaining dressing.
