Ensalada Naranja

Ingredients
  Shredded romaine 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Oranges 3 , peeled and sliced crosswise
  Cucumbers 3 Medium, pared and thinly sliced
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Line a large salad bowl with a bed of shredded romaine.
Alternate orange and cucumber slices in circle atop romaine.
Sprinkle onion and green pepper atop salad.
Combine salad oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and celery seed.
To serve, shake dressing vigorously.
Pour over salad and toss lightly.
