Salmon Salad Loaf

Ingredients
  Lemon-flavored gelatin 3 Ounce, flavored (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce, drained and coarsely flaked (2 Cups)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and salt.
Beat well; chill till partially set.
Beat till fluffy; fold in salmon, celery, parsley, and onion.
Pour into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf dish.
Chill till set; unmold.
