Winter Holiday Salad

Ingredients
  Red cabbage head 2 Small, cored and coarsely chopped
  Watercress 4 Bunch (400 gm), coarsely chopped
  Belgian endive head 2 , base trimmed and coarsely chopped
  Scallions 12 , chopped (White And Tender Greens)
  Apples 2 , unpeeled, cored, and sliced (Red Or Granny Smith)
  Stilton cheese 8 Ounce, crumbled
  Walnut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine/Raspberry/cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Toss all salad ingredients together in salad bowl.
Whisk together oil and vinegar; add salt and pepper to taste; pour dressing over salad and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
